The battery arrived in perfect condition, and fit like a glove on my 15" Envy HP laptop. I've had this for a couple of months now and the life averages 3-4 hours of heavy use. A small note, it takes a couple of charge cycles to calibrate the battery and get the system to accurately estimate the charge status and life remaining. Overall, great buy for the price!!

I've only had it for two years and the laptop this goes for is discontinued so intead of buying a new one, all I needed was a new battery. perfect..i will buy another one for backup because I love my laptop.

The customer service in general is very good. The item arrived quite on time, but unfortunatly does not hold the expectations - does not keep the charge long enough..

I am not happy at all. The computer will not work unless it is plugged in. I have been in contact with the company and they want we to do all kinds of testing. I have had my IT guy do the install and he says he thinks the battery is faulty. I have since removed the battery and will not do any more test.

frauds. selling chinese batteries at north american prices then making you wait over 2 weeks to ship from china. amazon delivers for free next day. they call themselves canada laptop battery. its really china laptop battery and you wait. if you are shipping from china the price should be 3 dollars for a battery not 33.99
