I read the various glowing reviews and ordered a battery for my Acer. It arrived in great time and had been working great. Sadly, 1yr and 1 month later, it's completely dead. Won't take a charge, nothing. Customer service response? "suggest you buy a new battery." Not impressed. As they say, buyer beware. $60 of planned obsolescence.
