Took longer than the 3-5 days I thought I'd get it in. But so far the battery works fine and I'm very pleased with it.

They had my battery! But they do take a little long to send out. 3 to 5 days is not need to work on that. Over all it was good I will order more stuff form hear because there the only one that could help with my out dated laptop that's only 3 years old.

The service from CanadaLaptopBattery was excellent. I gave it a low rating because the replacement battery was not recognized by my Dell computer and would not work in it and had to be returned. I strongly suspect this is a common problem with Dells, and it would have been nice to have been warned about the possible problem.
