The laptop battery was shipped promptly. It was almost fully charged. I can't really rate the quality of it since I just put it in my laptop. However...I can say that it works.

I was surprised when I got my battery for my laptop that the case looked different then my original battery case. However, I didn't factor in that I probably ordered a battery with more cells than the original. The battery fit despite the big bulge coming out the back of my computer; and I might add that it works great!
