mailed support to make sure I ordered the correct battery. Quick response with battery options. Hopefully it works. Follow up on Battery: The battery arrived very quickly. I removed it from the packaging and installed it in my laptop. Fingers crossed, I pushed the power button and the thing just came on and worked perfect!! This is a very good company to work with and they have my highest recommendation. They are very helpful and offer quality batteries that actually fit and work.

Bouth the battery march 19, 2021. The battery is warped, it's impossible to aligned the screws in the threads. I contact the customer service which told me that the issue is me and not the battery. I sent few pictures to show the issue. Since, It's been more then one month and i still yet not RMA form. They told me to wait but until when! I bought the battery based on the reviews and honestly, I will never buy again. I can't imagine if you have a issue under warranty, how long it will take to get the parts, if they accept!
