Had a couple of weekends and a major holiday or two occur right after ordering. Took 14 days to arrive. And a restocking issue at their warehouse... Wait time for support was 14 minutes and 4 minutes another. Both times people were able to give me a complete answer to my questions and were fun to talk to. Battery is GREAT.Thanks for the instructions on how to set batt initially. Have this site bookmarked should I ever need a battery again

Searching for the battery by manufacturer and model number produced no results (Lenovo Thinkpad R3). Also, Lenovo was not listed as one of the manufacturers in the BATTERIES list. However, since I know that Lenovo used to make IBM laptops, I tried IBM instead. Sure enough, in the IBM listing of batteries, there was a section labeled for Lenovo, with the battery that I needed. Get your web team to fix the search function. I think most people would've just bailed out after the search failed.
