The transaction experience was perfect. The battery itself is not as good as the OEM battery, but certainly very much better than the failed OEM battery that came with the laptop. I used that battery for 30 months. I hope I can use this one until the laptop itself is beyond its service life.

I found the "live chat" option to be somewhat frustrating as the person assumed I knew more about laptop computers than I actually do. But I was happy when I finally chose a battery and it arrived quickly (and it was the right one).
