Difficult to reach, and there is no possibility of negotiation for an exchange or other proposal. I think this is rather blunt, not very customer-friendly!

The battery I purchased lasted 18 months total. The battery time started depleting but now it doesn't work at all. Typical battery life is 2-5 years.
