My laptop's maker was out of stock, so I contacted Canadalaptopbattery. I found the battery I needed right away and ordered it. The price was reasonable, and it arrived in 5 days, instead of the advertised 20-30! My laptop has new life and yes, I am very happy!

Initially I had no issues. Good range of products and good prices, so I ordered. Dispatch and delivery where very quick, so again no issues. I ordered two replacement batteries for my laptops. Upon receiving the batteries, only one worked and the other was faulty. The customer returns service was very good, and after sending the faulty battery back I received a replacement straight away. So based on customer service, I would rate at five stars, but could only score a 3 overall due to questionable product quality. Maybe I was just unlucky!
