The battery in my 11 year old laptop had 'died' but I don't use the laptop enough to justify buying a new one, so looked for a replacement battery. From the start I was impressed with Canadalaptopbattery. I was unsure of the specifications listed on the website, so called for advice and spoke to a knowledgeable and helpful member of staff. The battery arrived a day early, with clear instructions, so my laptop was alive again in a few hours and I've had no problems at all with the replacement battery.

I'm still hoping this is the right battery. While Dell doesn't sell the battery they warned me to only buy a Dell brand (which I could not find). This retailer seems to fully understand batteries, thus my order.

Had a lot of website trouble with credit card info errors. Other than that, I look forward to testing my battery out! So far, it's the best battery (according to numbers) I've been able to find. I know where to point others if they're looking for a GOOD replacement battery.
