The website is very straight forward and is easy to navigate around. I was not sure about what battery was compatible with my laptop so I used the "Can't find what you're looking for" link. As I was on the website at 17:30, I assumed I would not hear anything back until the following morning but rest assured I got an email back with-in 20 minutes with my desired information.
