The only negative thing is that no color specification was given. I ended up with a black battery for a white laptop. Apart from that my experience was enjoyable.

From order time to delivery time was very fast. The instructions on how to charge battery were very helpfull. Wife had a problem with a battery she ordered from another company and now hers seems to be working better after following instructions that came with my new battery! Thank You for the Great Work!!!!
